In many cases, homeowners want to keep and use the kitchen appliances. That is the reason Multi-Point Home Inspections will inspect the appliances if wanted by the client. When inspecting, the inspector is looking for any usable faults of any of the permanent appliances. We test the fridge, freezer, range and oven with an infrared thermometer to make sure the appliance is heating/cooling properly.
